Emporio Armani is the casual and trendy collection of the Armani group. Created in 1981, its target is between 25 and 35 years old
Given the search for continuous innovation by the youngest and the necessity of promotion of the stores, Emporio Armani has decided to virtualize its store in Naples. In this way it gave the store managers the possibility to sell remotely thanks to the integration of the e-commerce product feed.
It has been created a virtual store with the possibility of a 360-degree navigation, with an environment reconstruction through panorama photos. The improvement of the user experience was achieved through the creation of a navigation menu within the store divided by product category. This increased the easiness of movement within the store between one area and another and facilitated the search for a specific product. The upload of products within the virtual store was carried out by integrating the e-commerce product feed. The product page has been customized and it allows the creation of interactive labels with the possibility of inserting different multimedia contents (images, videos and products in 3D). To speed up and optimize the exchange of information between seller and customer, it has been implemented a multilingual contact store with call option and contact form.

The solution was implemented on a proprietary CMS that allows the configuration of new virtual stores with the same functions, thus allowing the customer to have a tool to support the network of stores to carry out remote sales. Additionally, the interactive nature of virtual stores helps keep consumers’ attention high with a fully immersive online shopping experience, while also making the physical store accessible.
